Arriving

Ideally 10–15 minutes before the session starts. Bring swimwear and a towel; we have changing rooms and showers on site.

Cancellation

Up to 12 hours before the session starts. Later cancellations are not refunded.

If we cancel

You receive your ticket back automatically. We write as soon as we can.
